Romana Pilates International Intermediate Seminar

Pilates Body Shaping will host a Romana’s Pilates International Intermediate Seminar led by Level X Master Teacher Trainer, Rhonda Celenza.

A former competitive ballroom dancer, Rhonda was first introduced to Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska in 1993. Over the years, she has had the privilege of studying with Juanita Lopez and Sari Mejia Santo, two of the most respected Level 1 Master Teacher Trainers in the world. Today, Rhonda serves as the Midwest Regional Director for Romana’s Pilates International (RPI) and is known for her depth of knowledge, precision, and dedication to preserving the classical method.

This seminar is open to apprentices enrolled in the Romana’s Pilates Teacher Training Program. Pilates Body Shaping, established in 2001 and owned by Laney Abernethy for over 24 years, serves as the Teacher Trainer Center for all of North Carolina.
