Gratz Mat Handles provide support, stability, and control throughout mat work. Designed for use with Gratz Pilates Mats, they allow smooth transitions and a secure grip during exercises that require lift, balance, or assisted movement. 

Pilates Mat Raised Handles are more accessible for clients with limited shoulder mobility or tension in the upper body including the chest, shoulders, and upper back. Because the Raised Handles are 3 inches higher than regular handles, they are more accessible and comfortable for these individuals while executing exercises designed to be used with the handles.
