Information About Payments for Gratz Pilates Orders

Payment Options

Gratz Pilates accepts payments via credit card, HSA/FSA, Affirm, and wire transfers.

• Credit Card

  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

• Apple Pay

  Apple Pay offers a fast and secure way to check out using your iPhone, iPad, or MacBook. Select Apple Pay at checkout for a simple payment experience.

• Google Pay

  Google Pay offers a fast and secure way to check out using your Android device or web browser. Simply select Google Pay at checkout for a quick and seamless payment experience.

• HSA/FSA

  HSA and FSA accounts are employer-sponsored or self-funded accounts that allow you to set aside money before taxes to pay for qualified medical expenses. In many cases, Pilates equipment that supports rehabilitation, injury prevention, or therapeutic movement may qualify.

• Affirm

  Gratz is partnered with Affirm to bring consumer financing options. Available in US only.

• Wire Transfers

  You can find wire transfer instructions here. You are responsible for any wire fees charged by your bank, or by any intermediary bank that processes or forwards the electronic (wire) transfer.

Finalizing Your Order and Payment 

A Gratz team member will contact you via email within 5 business days to provide a shipping quote and collect payment if you approve the final estimate.

Financing 

Currently, financing is not available. However, if your order is over $5,000 you may request to only pay half at the time your order is placed. The second payment is due 45 days after your first payment is made or when your order is ready to ship.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI + Washington DC. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.

City of Philadelphia requires we charge an 8% tax on orders picked up from our warehouse.

Credit/Refund

If a refund is approved, you can expect a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. A credit issued to your credit card may take up to two weeks to be acknowledged by your issuing bank or credit card institution.
