The fastest way to place an order is directly through our website.

Ordering online allows you to select the length and upholstery color of your apparatus and move your order forward without the delays that can come with requesting a manual quote.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment options at checkout:

Credit Cards	Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
Apple Pay & Google Pay	Fast and secure checkout options available on supported devices and browsers.
HSA/FSA	In some cases, Pilates equipment may qualify as an eligible expense when used for rehabilitation, injury prevention, or therapeutic purposes. We recommend confirming eligibility with your provider.

Orders under $20,000:
- Payment in full at checkout
- Financing through available options such as Affirm
Orders $20,000 and above:
- 50% deposit at checkout
- Remaining balance due 45 days after the initial payment

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Instant shipping quotes are available at checkout for orders up to $20,000 across all 50 states, providing the most competitive available rates. As order value increases, shipping rates improve, with rate breaks at $2,000, $5,000, and $10,000.

For orders above $20,000, shipping will be reviewed and quoted by a Gratz team member.

Estimate requests can be submitted for all orders. Please note that shipping quotes may take up to 5 business days to receive.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required based on the delivery or pickup location.

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states:

California
Colorado
Florida
Massachusetts
Michigan
New Jersey
New York
North Carolina
Pennsylvania
Virginia
Washington

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.

City of Philadelphia requires we charge an 8% tax on orders picked up from our Fulfillment Center.

Payment & Financing

Payment structure for international orders is based on order value.

Orders $5,000 and above:
- 50% deposit at checkout
- Remaining balance due 45 days after the initial payment
Orders below $5,000:
- Payment in full at checkout

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided after checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Air Freight: within 5 business days
Air Freight White Glove, Air Freight Threshold, or Ocean Freight: please allow up to 2 weeks

Once you review and approve the estimate, payment will be collected to move your order forward.

Credit/Refund

If a refund is approved, you can expect a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. A credit issued to your credit card may take up to two weeks to be acknowledged by your issuing bank or credit card institution.
