The Classical Pilates Master Weekend in Tokyo brings together the global Pilates community for three days dedicated to the tradition and lineage of the Pilates method. Centered on the complete system, the event explores the work, the order, the apparatus, and the philosophy that define Classical Pilates.
Through hands-on sessions led by internationally recognized instructors and practiced on Gratz apparatus, attendees will deepen their understanding and refine their practice within the full expression of the work.

Learn from internationally respected teachers, each bringing a deep commitment to the tradition, precision, and continued evolution of the Classical Pilates method.
A longtime Classical Pilates instructor and graduate of Jay Grimes’ prestigious THE WORK™, Ken Krech brings a deep, lineage-based understanding of the method, blending decades of teaching with a background in athletic performance and bodywork.
A classically trained Pilates instructor who studied under Jay Grimes at Vintage Pilates, completing The Work and Teaching the Work programs, and further trained at Romana's Pilates and Excel Pilates in New York. Andrea Maida runs a private studio in Solana Beach, California, and shares classical Pilates internationally through platforms like Pilatesology and Pilates Anytime.
