The Classical Pilates Conference in Tokyo brings together the global Pilates community for three days dedicated to the tradition and lineage of the Pilats method. Centered on the complete system, the event explores the work, the order, the apparatus, and the philosophy that define Classical Pilates.

Through hands-on sessions led by internationally recognized instructors and practiced on Gratz apparatus, attendees will deepen their understanding and refine their practice within the full expression of the work.

A leading second-generation Classical Pilates teacher trained by Romana Kryzanowska, Mejo Wiggin is internationally recognized for her work as a master teacher trainer, known for her precise, hands-on approach and decades of experience educating instructors worldwide. 

Director of the Escuela Española de Auténtico Pilates, Fabien Menegon is a highly respected teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience, known for evolving Pilates education while preserving the integrity and precision of the original method. 

A longtime Classical Pilates instructor and graduate of Jay Grimes’ prestigious THE WORK™, Ken Krech brings a deep, lineage-based understanding of the method, blending decades of teaching with a background in athletic performance and bodywork.

A dedicated Classical Pilates teacher and educator, KyungHye Sinclair is recognized for her commitment to preserving the original method and sharing its depth through international teaching and mentorship within the global Pilates community.
