Receive important information regarding your order and the capability to track your order up to the moment it arrives.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
Order Confirmation: This is confirmation of your order placed on 8/10/10. Your order number is xxxxxxx. When your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail from Gratz containing shipment details, including a tracking number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
Ship Confirmation: We are notifying you that the following item(s) have shipped from order xxxxxxx. If there are remaining items in your order that were not shipped at this time, you will receive a similar shipment confirmation e-mail when they ship.

What is the lead time for our products?
Every piece of Gratz equipment is custom-crafted with intention, designed to meet the exact standards of Classical Pilates and the unique needs of your studio.
Our current lead times are a direct reflection of the continued demand and deep enthusiasm for Gratz equipment. While demand remains strong, so does our commitment: delivering the highest quality equipment on time remains our top priority.
Reformers, Cadillacs, and Towers: under 6 months
Chairs, Barrels, and Mats: under 3 months
Most Accessories and Non-Upholstered Small Parts: under 30 days
What if I have a specific deadline?
Out of respect and fairness to all our customers we process orders in the order they are received.
If you have a hard deadline or narrow window for accepting delivery, please advise our customer care team when they email you to finalize your order (after you’ve submitted your order online).
Do you customize your products?
We often customize our products to suit customer needs. Our lead time for custom orders typically adds an additional 2-4 weeks.
ORDERS AND ESTIMATES
Orders and estimates placed online are only valid for 30 days. Once the 30 days have passed, you will have to submit a new order/estimate directly on our website.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
You may change your order within 24-hours of placing it without incurring any additional charges. If you change your order after 24-hours but before we ship it, we must cancel the original order and submit a new one. You will incur a 25% restocking fee for the equipment removed from the order. Changing your order may delay your shipping date.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Gratz Industries will return your initial deposit in full if you cancel your order within 24-hours of placing it. Should you cancel your order after 24-hours but before we ship it, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee for the order, not including shipping.
