Our current lead times reflect continued demand and the care that goes into each piece. While demand remains strong, so does our commitment to delivering the highest quality equipment on time.

Please note: Lead times do not include transit time to your final destination. Shipping timelines vary based on location and delivery method.
Instant Shipping Quote Orders
Instant Shipping Quotes are available for U.S. and Canada for orders up to $20k. These quotes provide the most competitive rates available. Shipping rates improve as your order total increases — rate breaks at $2K, $5K, $10K, $15K, and $20K.
Estimate Requests
Estimate Requests are valid for 60 days. Once the 60 days have passed, you will have to submit a new estimate request directly through our website.
Changing an Existing Order
For upholstered and custom apparatus, changes may be made within 7 days of placing your order at no additional charge. After 7 days, any changes will incur a 25% restocking fee based on the value of the upholstered equipment being modified.
For non-upholstered parts and accessories, changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order due to rapid processing.
Please note that any changes to your order may affect the overall lead time.
Cancelling an Order
For upholstered and custom apparatus, cancellations may be made within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee based on the value of the upholstered equipment, not including shipping.
For non-upholstered parts and accessories, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order due to rapid processing. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
