Join internationally recognized instructor Mariano Dolagaray, often called the “Professor of Professors,” for an intensive three-day training rooted in authentic Pilates. With over two decades of experience as both a Pilates teacher and a professor of physical education, Mariano brings a global perspective and a deep dedication to preserving and transmitting the classical method.

This immersive event is structured to guide participants through foundational and advanced work on the Mat and Apparatus, deepening understanding through hands-on exploration and intelligent movement.

Day 1: Friday, October 17 

Morning Group Mat Class
Start the weekend with the original mat sequence by Joseph Pilates. This foundational class re-centers body and mind through control, breath, and precision setting the tone for the day ahead.

Immersive Reformer Training
The focus of Day 1 is the Universal Reformer. This full-day intensive explores the depth of reformer work—from fundamental mechanics to its most dynamic expression. Experience the reformer not only as a tool, but as a complete movement system.

Day 2: Saturday, October 18 

Morning Group Mat Class
Begin the day with a powerful classical sequence known as Romana’s Mat, followed by a standing Release Sequence. This mat session channels the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska with an emphasis on flow, stamina, and alignment.

Cadillac, Tower & Barrel Immersion
Dive into the supportive yet challenging world of the Cadillac, Tower, and Barrel systems. These apparatuses offer expansive opportunities to deepen precision and stretch the limits of the body’s range.

Special Feature – “Superstar Finishes”
Conclude Day 2 with an advanced signature series inspired by Joseph Pilates’ most acrobatic and athletic movements—designed to uplift, challenge, and inspire.

Day 3: Sunday, October 19 

Morning Group Mat Class with Magic Circle
A dynamic and intelligent start to the day using the Magic Circle to increase body awareness, muscle activation, and alignment. This flowing sequence refines precision and inner control.

Chair & Auxiliary Apparatus Training
Close the weekend with focused training on the Wunda Chair, High Chair, and complementary apparatus. Learn how to compare, contrast, and integrate these tools to enhance full-body coordination and internal strength.
