Classical Pilates Mentorship Teacher Training: 2026

Join Boditree Pilates & Healing founder & owner Risa Mathews for a comprehensive course of study designed to deepen your understanding of the Classical Pilates system. Spanning twelve immersive Sundays, this program explores the full breadth of the work — from foundational principles and Pilates Mat work to advanced apparatus and Small Apparatus.

Three private lessons with Risa are included and must be completed during the program dates, offering personalized guidance and refinement throughout your training.

This program offers both in-studio and online participation; recordings are provided for continued study and review.
