Pilates Body Shaping is hosting a Romana’s Pilates International Advanced Seminar led by Daria Pace, RPI Level I Master Teacher Trainer.
This focused, in-person workshop is designed for Romana’s Pilates International instructors and apprentices seeking to refine their understanding of the Classical Pilates system through disciplined study and hands-on application. Rooted in authentic lineage, the seminar strengthens continuity, clarity, and command of the work across the intermediate and advanced systems.
Through precise sequencing, direct feedback, and intentional progression, participants will deepen their connection to the method while reinforcing the standards that define true Classical Pilates.

About Daria Pace
Daria Pace began her Pilates studies under the direct lineage of her grandmother, Romana Kryzanowska at an early age. She has since dedicated her career to preserving and advancing the Classical method, teaching seminars, workshops, and private lessons throughout North America and internationally. In addition to leading advanced education opportunities, Daria plays an active role in mentoring apprentices through the RPI certification process, upholding the rigor and integrity of the system.
