Pilates E-Motion Week 2026

Join this unique event dedicated to classical Pilates enthusiasts. Pilates E-Motion Week organized by Patryk Nowak and Adrian Radwański - PILATES BOYS - will take place in Poznań from October 12th to 18th, 2026. This intensive week of practice, workshops, and meetings is designed for Pilates E-Motion school teachers, students and not only!
Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the full experience of the classical Pilates method through daily practice, specialized workshops, and inspiring meetings with teachers and special guests from Poland and abroad.
Featured Classical Pilates Instructors
- Gloria Gasperi - accomplished the Master “The Work” by Jay Grimes, who has been direct student of Joe and Clara Pilates. She had the honor and privilege, in 2015, to be selected by Jay himself , with other 11 colleagues from all over the world, for “Teaching the Work”. It’s a Master Program, one year and a half long, during what Gloria, under the direct guide of Jay, had the possibility to refine her teaching. Currently founder of the school "Pilates e-motion," where she conducts educational programs for teachers and the Pilates e-motion Master Program.
- Kristina Havartsova - founder of Pilates Journey studio and a classical Pilates teacher trained in Pilates E-Motion school by Gloria Gasperi. She specializes in conscious bodywork, anatomy, and a personalized approach to movement. Her studio is the branch of Pilates E-Motion School.
- Dina Vilate - student of Gloria Gasperi, represents the Classical Pilates trend, derived from the traditional school passed down by Pilates E-Motion school trybe and its greatest strength is the precision of teaching, working on body control and building strength through technique and fluidity of movement. Her studio - Enjoy Pilates in Corato and Bari - is the branch of Pilates E-Motion School.
- Lesley Bell - Founder of Palermo Studio, School & Event. Known for organizing the international Palermo Pilates Symposium and training teachers in the spirit of Joseph Pilates' authentic system, being the branch of Pilates E-Motion school. She regularly organizes international workshops and events in the field of classical Pilates.
- Carlotta Giordana - Gloria’s personal assistant and teacher trainer for Pilates E-Motion school. She developed her practice in the authentic Joseph Pilates method under the eye of Gloria Gasperi for many years, being true to the method, spreading the good energy in the society.
- Roi Karpathiou - is a classical Pilates teacher with over 15 years of experience. Her greatest strengths lie in her deep understanding of Joseph Pilates' authentic method, her precise teaching, and her ability to combine classical technique with movement experience gained from the world of dance and bodywork.
- Adrian Radwański - founder of the Pilates Boys studio. He completed, among others, the Comprehensive Teacher Training Program by Kristina Havartsova and Gloria Gasperi's Master's Program. He conducts workshops and training not only in Poland but also in Europe. He joined the group of Master teachers at the Pilates E-Motion school of Gloria Gasperi, whose branch is located in only two centers in Poland: Warsaw - Pilates Journey and Poznań - Pilates Boys.
- Patryk Nowak - founder of the Pilates Boys studio. He completed, among others, the Comprehensive Teacher Training Program by Kristina Havartsova and Gloria Gasperi's Master's Program. Master teacher and trainer of the prestigious Pilates school E-motion Gloria Gasperi. Together with Adrian Radwański, he is leading the branch as a teacher trainer of Pilates E-motion by Gloria Gasperi in Poznań.
