MB STUDIO PILATES offers you a certified training in the Authentic New York Pilates method based on the original exercises created by Joseph Hubertus Pilates and the 12 years of experience of experience of Michaela Bendrihem, certified by QualiCert.

Beyond Pilates is the culmination of a very long process and represents what I have learned and accumulated over my long career as both a classical Pilates teacher and practitioner, as well as a professional dancer and choreographer.

All CoreSelf workouts are led by Brooke Tyler, athlete, Classical Pilates instructor, teacher-trainer, and (surprise!) acupuncturist and herbalist. Each month as a subscriber, you'll receive a pack of six recorded Pilates mat workouts.

Power Pilates believes that learning is an ongoing process and that completing a training program is only the first step. Students are required to complete a certain number of continuing education courses through Power Pilates (core curriculum and electives) to maintain their Assessment-Based Certificate. The number of courses depends upon the program level.

The Pilates Instructor Mentor Program at Excel Pilates is dedicated to providing high quality continuing education and mentoring to graduates of comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training programs.  As a Pilates instructor, it is important to enhance the knowledge obtained as an apprentice through continuing education.
