Getting exactly what you need, where and how you need it is important to us. Please see the important details below.

How to finalize your order 

When you place an order on
www.gratzpilates.com your order goes to our Sales team to finalize with a shipping estimate and coordinate final payment with you. A Gratz team member will contact you via email to provide a shipping cost estimate and collect payment 5 - 7 business days after you place your order.  

Shipping costs are based on location and shipping method. If you need to change your delivery method or address let us know and we will send an updated shipping estimate. 

Note - Team members involved in the delivery of your Gratz Pilates apparatus are not licensed Pilates equipment technicians. They are not qualified to assemble your new Gratz Pilates apparatus. You can assemble your equipment yourself or hire a local professional in your area.

Shipping to an address within the USA 

Three shipping options for shipments within the USA 

Standard (curbside) delivery is the default shipping option on domestic orders. Unless otherwise requested, this is the shipping cost estimate you’ll receive from the Gratz team. Let us know if you are interested in upgrading to Threshold or White Glove delivery.  

  • Standard (curbside) delivery

    Standard (curbside) is delivery to the first dry area outside the business or residence. You are responsible for bringing parcels into your place of business or residence, unpacking, installation/assembly, and disposal of packing materials.

  • Threshold delivery

    Threshold delivery is more convenient than Standard (curbside) delivery because it brings the delivery inside the main entrance of the residence or business.  

    You are responsible for unpacking, installation/assembly of equipment and disposal of packaging materials. 

  • White Glove delivery 

    White Glove delivery is the most convenient shipping option because the delivery is brought into the room of choice (additional charges apply for stairs), unpacked, and trash removal of packaging materials.  

    You are responsible for assembly.

Shipping to an address outside of the USA (International)

Three shipping options for international shipments 

Air Freight delivery is the default shipping option on international orders. Unless otherwise requested, this is the shipping cost estimate you’ll receive from the Gratz team. Let us know if you are interested in Air Freight Threshold delivery or Ocean Freight option.  

  • Air Freight delivery

    Air Freight is delivered to your nearest International Airport. You are responsible for coordinating customs clearance and transporting parcels into your place of business or residence from the airport, unpacking, installation/assembly, and disposal of packing materials. 

  • Air Freight Threshold delivery

    Air Freight Threshold is delivered inside the main entrance of your business or home with the support of trusted Gratz Forwarding Partner. You are responsible for coordinating customs clearance, and unpacking, installation/assembly, and disposal of packing materials. This service is more convenient than standard Air Freight, but also more costly.

  • Ocean Freight delivery

    Ocean Freight is delivered to the nearest international port or container freight station (your choice). You are responsible for coordinating customs clearance and transporting parcels into your place of business or residence from the dock, and unpacking, installation/assembly, and disposal of packing materials. This service is significantly slower than Air Freight, but also less costly. This can be a good option for large orders that are flexible in terms of delivery timing.

 

Customs and Import Charges for International Shipments

Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and is entirely separate from your Gratz Pilates order. These fees are collected by the local customs agency at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.


Delivery Tracking

Delivery tracking link is emailed soon after shipments are in route for delivery. 

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays.  

Pick up onsite from Gratz Pilates Factory

Available upon request. The Gratz Pilates team member who finalizes your order with you can provide the cost estimate for On-site Pick up. In addition, an 8% tax is required by the city of Philadelphia on all on-site pick-up orders. Note, this does not shorten the manufacturing time for your order. 


Assembly

Team members involved in the delivery of your Gratz Pilates apparatus are not licensed Pilates equipment technicians. They are not qualified to assemble your new Gratz Pilates apparatus. You can assemble your equipment yourself or hire a local professional in your area.  


Payments

Payments for orders under $5,000 (total before shipping costs) are due in-full to finalize the order. 

For orders of $5,000 or more (total before shipping costs), a payment for half the total amount is due to finalize the order. The second payment is due when the order goes into production. A Gratz team member will email you when the final payment is due. 

For payments, wire transfer is preferred but credit cards are accepted. Orders are placed in the production queue once payment is processed.  

Pick Up Onsite from Event Pre-Purchase Program

Pre-sell equipment used during key events is available to pick up after the completion of the event. Pick up of this equipment is coordinated with the event organizers. Pick-up and transportation are the sole responsibility of the pre-purchaser. They are responsible for making all delivery arrangements post-event in line with event organizer schedule and guidelines.
