Shipping costs are based on location and shipping method. If you need to change your delivery method or address let us know and we will send an updated shipping cost.

Note - The individuals involved in the delivery of your Gratz Pilates apparatus are service providers for the carrier, not Gratz. They are not licensed Pilates equipment technicians and are not qualified to assemble your apparatus. You should plan to assemble your equipment yourself or you can hire a local professional in your area.

Shipping Options for Shipments Within the USA

Instant shipping quotes available now for orders up to $30K for all 50 states. Instant shipping quotes provide the most competitive rates available. Shipping rates improve as your order total increases — rate breaks at $2K, $5K, $10K, $15K, $20K, and $25K.

Standard (Curbside)	Delivery to first area outside delivery address (curb, driveway, loading dock). You are responsible for moving parcels inside.
FedEx Delivery	Used for smaller apparatus and accessories (e.g., Wunda Chair, Pedi Pole, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Low Folding Mat, Small Parts). Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
White Glove (Basic)	Delivery inside to a ground-level location with placement in room of choice, unpacking, and packaging removal. Assembly is not included.
White Glove + Stairs	Delivery inside to a room of choice, including up or down stairs, unpacking, and packaging removal. Assembly is not included.

Canada Shipping Options

Instant shipping quotes are available for orders up to $30K. These quotes provide the most competitive rates available. Shipping rates improve as your order total increases — rate breaks at $2K, $5K, $10K, $15K, $20K, $25K.

Please note: Shipping to Canada becomes significantly more cost-effective as order value increases. Orders above $5,000 typically benefit from lower freight costs.

Gratz has officially registered as a Canadian Entity, making the ordering process simpler and more transparent. Gratz manages customs clearance and door-to-door delivery throughout Canada.

Countries Where Gratz Operates as a Registered Entity

Gratz is registered to sell and ship directly within the following countries:

Orders to these regions are handled differently from other international shipments.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If you have a VIES active VAT Number:

You will not be charged VAT.
Your order will be delivered directly to your door (not via airport or seaport).
Duty charges will still apply and will be clearly listed on your Gratz invoice.
Gratz will handle customs clearance on your behalf for a smoother delivery experience.

If you do not have a VIES active VAT Number:

VAT and duty will be included on your Gratz invoice.
You’ll see the full, transparent cost upfront, with no additional payments upon delivery.
Your order will be delivered directly to your door, with customs managed by Gratz.

Canadian Customers

Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST), along with any import duties if required, will be included on your Gratz invoice.

International Customers

For all other international regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and South America:

Orders may be subject to import taxes or duties determined by your local customs agency.
Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient and separate from your Gratz Pilates order.
These charges are typically collected by the local customs agency at the time of delivery.
For specific details, please contact your local customs office.

VAT Number vs EORI Number

A VAT number is used to identify businesses for tax purposes within the European Union, Canada, and United Kingdom.

Gratz requires your activated business VAT number to process orders without charging VAT and to correctly apply VAT exemptions.

An EORI number is used by importers or exporters to track customs activities. While some businesses may have an EORI number for importing goods, Gratz only needs your activated VAT number to complete your order and manage VAT exemptions.

Difference between VAT and Duty

VAT (Value Added Tax)

A sales tax applied to the purchase of goods.
If VAT applies to your order, it will be shown clearly on your invoice.

Duty

A government import charge applied when goods cross an international border.
Duty is related to importing, not the sale itself.

Delivery Tracking

Delivery tracking link is emailed soon after shipments are in route for delivery. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Pick up On-Site from Fulfillment Center in Philadelphia

Available upon request. The Gratz Pilates team member who finalizes your order with you can provide the invoice for the $250 cost for On-site Pick up. In addition, an 8% tax is required by the city of Philadelphia on all on-site pick-up orders. Note, this does not shorten the manufacturing time for your order.

The individuals involved in the delivery of your Gratz Pilates apparatus are third-party service providers for the carrier, not Gratz. They are not licensed Pilates equipment technicians and are not qualified to assemble your apparatus.

You may assemble your equipment yourself or hire a local professional in your area. Gratz is not responsible for any decisions, arrangements, or expenses related to setup, assembly, or equipment placement.
