Please note: Manufacturing lead times and shipping transit times are separate. Delivery services do not include apparatus assembly. If you need to change your delivery method or address after placing an order, please contact our team. Changes may affect shipping cost and delivery timing.
Attention: To protect your order from global holiday shipping risks (not specific to Gratz), apparatus orders completed after December 15th will ship in January instead. This is due to a combination of high carrier volume globally, seasonal staffing changes, and limited carrier pickup availability, as carriers prioritize other holiday freight during this time. We'd rather your apparatus arrive safely in January than risk loss or damage in transit during global peak season. For more details and any questions please contact us.
Shipping Within the United States
Instant shipping quotes are available at checkout for orders up to $30K in all 50 states. Shipping rates generally become more cost-effective as order value increases, with rate breaks at $2K, $5K, $10K, $15K, $20K, and $25K.
Orders above $30K or those with special delivery requirements may require a custom shipping quote.

Please Note: Gratz sells directly to customers in all countries where our products are available, with the exception of countries we do not currently ship to. FitHouse is our only authorized distributor, serving customers in Israel.

Value & Express Shipping to Select European Countries
Value Shipping is available for qualifying apparatus orders of $5,000 USD or more.
- Value Shipping: A more cost-effective option that ships by ocean freight, with a longer delivery timeline. The current order deadline and estimated delivery window are shown with each Value Shipping option at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery by air freight at a premium.
Qualifying orders can choose either option at checkout. Orders below $5,000 USD will see Express Shipping options.

EU & UK Customs, Duties & VAT
The following customs, duties, and VAT information applies to all European Union countries and the United Kingdom.
Gratz manages customs clearance and provides door-to-door delivery for applicable services.
Customers with a valid, active VAT number in VIES:
- VAT will not be charged on the Gratz invoice.
- Applicable duty charges will be listed on the invoice.
- Gratz will manage customs clearance.
- Door-to-door orders will be delivered directly to the customer rather than collected from an airport or seaport.
Customers without a valid, active VAT number in VIES:
- Applicable VAT and duty will be included on the Gratz invoice.
- The full cost will be presented before the order is finalized, with no additional VAT or duty payment required upon delivery.
- Gratz will manage customs clearance.
- Door-to-door orders will be delivered directly to the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes — South Korea
VAT, duties, and customs:
- VAT and duty will be included on your Gratz invoice.
- The full cost is presented upfront, with no additional payments upon delivery.
- Your order will be delivered directly to your door.
- Gratz manages customs clearance on your behalf.
Shipping to Mexico
Customers are responsible for customs clearance.

Canada Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs, duties, and taxes: Gratz manages customs clearance for orders delivered to Canada.
Effective September 8, 2026, Gratz products imported into Canada will be subject to a 50% Canadian import duty. The duty and applicable Canadian sales taxes will be included in the order estimate.
Shipping to All Other International Destinations
The following options apply to other international regions, including Asia outside South Korea, the Middle East outside Israel, Australia, South America, and Africa. Available services depend on the destination, order size, and local carrier coverage.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or tariffs determined by the destination's customs authority. Unless otherwise stated in the shipping quote, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are separate from the Gratz order. They are typically collected by the local customs authority during the import or delivery process.
For specific requirements and estimated charges, customers should contact their local customs office before placing an order.
Tariffs & Import Duties
Trade policies and import requirements may change while an international order is in production. Depending on the destination, applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes may be included on the Gratz invoice or collected separately by the local customs authority.
If a significant tariff change affects the cost of an order before shipment, the Gratz team will contact the customer to review the updated cost, timing, and available shipping options before the order ships.
Tracking Your Delivery
Tracking and carrier information will be emailed once the order is in transit and the details are available from the carrier.
Orders leave our facility on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Transit time begins after the order has completed manufacturing and does not include the product's estimated manufacturing lead time.
Preparing for Delivery & Assembly
Before delivery, please review the selected service and confirm that it matches the needs of the delivery location.
- Verify the delivery address and contact information.
- Inform the Gratz team of stairs, elevators, narrow entryways, loading restrictions, or other access considerations.
- Measure the intended delivery path and final placement area.
- Arrange appropriate help to move a curbside delivery indoors.
- Review the Gratz unpacking and assembly instructions before the shipment arrives.
The individuals providing delivery services work for third-party carriers and are not Gratz employees or licensed Pilates equipment technicians. They are not qualified to assemble Gratz apparatus.
Customers may assemble their equipment using the Gratz Assembly Guide or hire a qualified local professional. Gratz is not responsible for third-party arrangements or expenses related to assembly, setup, or equipment placement.
Pickup in Philadelphia
Pickup from our Philadelphia fulfillment center is available upon request.
- A $250 pickup fee applies, plus 8% Philadelphia sales tax on all pickup orders.
- Pickup does not shorten manufacturing time.
- A Gratz team member will provide your invoice and coordinate scheduling.
Shipping Questions
Does delivery include apparatus assembly?
No. Carrier delivery teams provide transportation and, where selected, placement and unpacking services. They are not licensed Pilates equipment technicians and do not assemble Gratz apparatus.
What is VAT?
VAT, or value-added tax, is a tax applied to the purchase of goods in applicable countries. When VAT applies to a Gratz order, it will be shown clearly on the invoice.
What is duty?
Duty is a government import charge applied when goods cross an international border. Duty relates to importing the products rather than the sale itself.
What is the difference between a VAT number and an EORI number?
For European Union orders, a VAT number identifies a business for tax purposes and may be used to determine the applicable VAT treatment. An EORI number identifies importers and exporters for customs activity. Gratz generally requires a valid, active VAT number to review VAT treatment for an eligible business order. The team will confirm whether any additional information is needed while finalizing the order.
Can I change my delivery method or address?
Please contact Gratz Customer Care as soon as possible. A change to the delivery address, access requirements, or service level may affect the shipping cost and delivery timing.
