Pilates Body Shaping - From Seat to Spine Workshop

Pilates Body Shaping is hosting a Romana’s Pilates International workshop led by Rhonda Celenza, RPI Level X Master Teacher Trainer and Midwest Regional Director for Romana’s Pilates International.

This focused, in-person workshop explores Classical Pilates repertoire and transitions from seat to spine using the Gratz Small Arm Chair, High Chair, and Spine Corrector. Through precise sequencing and hands-on instruction, participants will examine how these apparatuses support spinal organization, strength, and clarity of movement within the Classical system.

About Rhonda Celenza

Rhonda Celenza was introduced to Romana Kryzanowska and Pilates in 1993 after a background as a competitive ballroom dancer. She studied with renowned Level I Master Teacher Trainers Juanita Lopez and Sari Mejia Santo and now serves as the Midwest Regional Director for RPI. Rhonda teaches seminars, workshops, and private lessons internationally and is deeply involved in training and mentoring apprentices throughout the RPI certification process.
