Gratz Pilates ships around the world with delivery options designed to fit a variety of timelines, budgets, and destinations. Whether you’re ordering Cadillacs, Reformers, Pilates Chairs, Pilates Barrels, Accessories or Small Parts, we want to make sure your equipment arrives safely, efficiently, and when you need it, wherever you are.
We offer a range of shipping and delivery methods depending on your location and the size of your order.
Gratz ships around the world, including North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and parts of Africa and the Middle East. While we proudly serve most international destinations, a few regions are restricted due to current shipping limitations.
Specifically, we cannot ship to the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Central African Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kherson, Luhansk, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Zaporizhzhia.
For customers in regions where Gratz ships internationally including Asia, Australia, Middle East, South America and beyond we offer several delivery methods designed to meet unique needs and timelines.
The timeline for receiving a shipping estimate depends on the delivery method selected during checkout.
If you selected Air Freight, you will receive your estimate within five business days.
If you selected Air Freight White Glove, Air Freight Threshold, or Ocean Freight, please allow up to two weeks to receive your estimate.
Once your shipping estimate is complete, our team will send you an updated quote that includes the total shipping cost and clear next steps to confirm your order.
Gratz Pilates provides multiple international delivery options to balance cost, timing, and convenience for studios and practitioners worldwide.
All international shipments require customs clearance in the destination country. In these regions customers are responsible for coordinating and completing customs clearance for their order — including any related duties, taxes, and import documentation. Our team and forwarding partners can help guide you through these steps, but the importer (the customer) must finalize the clearance before delivery can proceed.

Gratz offers multiple methods of shipping for international orders. Please note that an appointment will be scheduled in advance to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment when it arrives for freight orders.
Delivery is made to the airport listed on your invoice, where you will manage transportation to your destination and installation of your apparatus.
Delivery is handled through FedEx for smaller apparatus and accessory orders such as the Wunda Chair, Pedi Pole, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Low Folding Mat, and Small Parts. This service functions similarly to an Amazon-style drop-off and does not require a freight quote or scheduled appointment.
For orders over $500, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your shipment is received securely.
Delivery is made to the first dry area outside your home or business. You are responsible for bringing the packages inside, unpacking, assembly, and disposal of materials.
Delivery is made inside the main entrance of your home or business with help from a trusted Gratz forwarding partner. For apartment buildings, delivery is placed at the main building entrance, garage, or dock. You are responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposal of materials.
The most complete international service. Delivery is brought into your room of choice, unpacked, and all packaging removed. You are responsible for the final assembly of the apparatus.
For large, flexible-timing orders, Ocean Freight is available. Delivery is to the nearest international port or container freight station. You are responsible for pickup from the port, transport, unpacking, and setup.
Transit times typically range from 3–6 months, depending on global conditions. Ocean Freight is available for large orders only.
Please note that Ocean Freight is not available for Mexico and Canada.
If you’re unsure if your order is large enough to fill a container, our customer specialists can assist you.
In the past, shared-container Ocean Freight was an affordable method for small international orders. However, it led to frequent delays, inconsistent handling, and damage to apparatus — conditions that fall short of Gratz standards. Given this, we now reserve Ocean Freight for full-container shipments only.
For smaller orders, Air Freight delivery provides faster, safer, and more predictable timelines.

Gratz Pilates is now a registered EU and UK entity, providing direct-to-door delivery for all customers in these regions.
This means EU and UK customers no longer need to coordinate freight forwarding or manage customs clearance – Gratz will do all this. All shipments are arranged and delivered door to door by Gratz and our trusted logistics partners for a faster, smoother experience.
As a registered entity, Gratz is authorized to collect and remit VAT within the EU and UK. Business customers with an activated EU or UK VAT number can purchase VAT-exempt at checkout.
Individual customers (without a VAT number) will see VAT automatically calculated and included in their total at checkout.

Our most seamless option. Delivery is brought in your order into your room of choice (additional fees may apply for stairs), unpacks it, and removes all packaging debris. You are responsible for assembly.
We’re excited to share that instant shipping quotes are now available for orders up to $15,000 shipping to CA, CO, FL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and VA.
Rates are calculated in real time and automatically adjust as your order total increases, with savings at $2K, $5K, and $10K.
Gratz is actively expanding this feature to all domestic U.S. states, giving every customer faster shipping quotes.
