You may occasionally notice subtle tonal shifts, small pin knots, slight grain variation, or very fine surface hairline cracks as the wood acclimates to its environment. Each piece of lumber is visually and structurally inspected before use.
Frames are inspected again during and after assembly to ensure consistency and integrity.

Built for long-term performance

Even with these controls, solid hardwood can respond to environmental swings once installed. This is particularly true in:
