Sydney Schoenholtz
Sydney is the Procurement Analyst at Gratz Pilates where she leads sourcing of all raw materials, components, and consumables to support Gratz’s manufacturing operations. She is responsible for developing and strengthening supplier partnerships, strategically sourcing according to demand, facilitating cost negotiations, and driving efficiencies across purchasing processes and systems. Sydney views procurement as a pivotal function of ensuring that Gratz has the resources needed to produce its industry-leading apparatus.
Sydney brings experience from leading retail organizations including QVC, Burlington Stores, and Urban Outfitters. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, product development, data analytics, and cross-functional project leadership. Sydney is excited to bring her skillset to a company that is focused on growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
At Gratz, Sydney strives to achieve the trifecta of procurement: finding the right quality product at the right cost delivered at the right time. Her work includes a range of activities from day-to-day purchasing, navigating supply chain challenges, rectifying vendor root-cause quality issues, facilitating competitive bids, negotiating costing, and building a strong and diversified supplier strategy.
She has also been instrumental in the implementation of Gratz's new ERP system, which will streamline the purchasing process so that she can focus on other areas of the business to support Gratz’s continued growth.
