Kaitlyn Pio is a Supply Chain Coordinator at Gratz Pilates, where she helps manage inventory, coordinate fulfillment, and improve the processes that keep orders moving efficiently. With a background in operations, supply chain management, and process improvement, she works closely with teams across manufacturing and logistics to streamline workflows, improve order turnaround times, and support a more efficient customer experience.
Kaitlyn brings a background in operations, inventory management, and project coordination to Gratz Pilates. Before joining the company, she worked as a Project Specialist at The Home Depot, where she coordinated operational initiatives, managed timelines, and supported inventory and merchandising projects in a fast-paced retail environment. Those experiences strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and find practical ways to improve everyday processes.
With an MBA from West Chester University, Kaitlyn combines her hands-on experience with an analytical approach to problem-solving. She enjoys understanding how different parts of a business work together and identifying opportunities to make processes more organized, efficient, and effective.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, Kaitlyn works across manufacturing, operations, and logistics to help ensure materials and finished products move efficiently through the supply chain. Her responsibilities include coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring inventory, communicating with third-party logistics partners, and supporting the processes that connect production with shipping and delivery.
Since joining Gratz, Kaitlyn has contributed to several operational improvements, including initiatives that have helped reduce fulfillment timelines for certain orders from approximately two months to as little as 24–48 hours. She has also supported warehouse transitions, inventory organization, and the development of tracking and reporting processes that improve visibility across departments.
Through her work, Kaitlyn helps strengthen the coordination between teams while identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce delays, and create a more reliable experience for Gratz customers.
