Nate Rihm
Nate Rihm is a Strategic Partner Specialist at Gratz Pilates, where he focuses on building relationships with instructors, studio owners, and partners throughout the Classical Pilates community. With a background in client success, business development, and account management, Nate brings a relationship-focused approach to supporting customers, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and strengthening Gratz's partnerships around the world.
Nate has always been drawn to the relationship-building side of business, with experience in client success, account management, and business development before joining Gratz in 2025 as a Customer Support Associate. Working directly with customers worldwide, he developed a strong understanding of the Classical Pilates community and the importance of clear communication, trust, and attention to detail. Today, he brings that experience to his role as a Strategic Partner Specialist, building relationships and supporting opportunities for collaboration.
Nate works closely with instructors, studio owners, teacher training organizations, and other partners to build relationships, coordinate initiatives, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Drawing on his customer support experience, he takes an individualized approach to understanding each partner’s goals while working across Gratz teams to support their needs and growth. He has also played a key role in implementing Gratz’s use of HubSpot, centralizing customer conversations, order details, and partnership information to improve team coordination, streamline follow-ups, and ensure a consistent, thoughtful customer experience from the first inquiry through delivery and beyond.
