She provides guidance on product specifications, upholstery options, and studio needs, helping customers make informed decisions based on their individual practice or business.
Liz works closely with Gratz's manufacturing, logistics, and product teams to coordinate order details, communicate updates, and resolve questions or challenges throughout the customer experience.
"What makes my work meaningful is knowing that every order represents someone’s practice, studio, or dream coming to life. Many of the customers I work with are opening their first studio or investing in apparatus they’ll use for years, so I take helping them through that process seriously."
"I wish more people knew how much care goes into every single piece. Even small details, like spring tension and measurements, are checked carefully because they directly affect how the apparatus feels in practice. There’s a real commitment to staying true to Joseph Pilates’ original designs and seeing that up close has given me a much deeper appreciation for the Classical method."
"My favorite is the Reformer! It’s often the first piece people fall in love with, and it’s the apparatus I help customers with most. I love how versatile it is and how it can support someone at any level of their practice."
