Before joining Gratz, Brennan gained marketing experience in the fashion and alcohol industries before transitioning into logistics, where he coordinated shipments, managed client relationships, and supported complex transportation needs. These experiences strengthened his communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which he now brings to delivering a seamless customer experience at Gratz.
At Gratz, Brennan brings together his interest in connecting with people and his experience coordinating complex processes, helping customers feel informed and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
As a Product & Customer Specialist, Brennan works directly with customers around the world, helping them understand Gratz apparatus, explore product options, and navigate the ordering process. From answering questions about product specifications and customizations to providing updates on production timelines and delivery, he helps customers make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their experience.
Brennan collaborates with Gratz's manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate order details, resolve customer concerns, and ensure information is communicated accurately. Drawing on his previous experience in logistics and customer relationship management, he brings an understanding of the coordination required behind each order and the importance of building lasting customer relationships.
"What makes working at Gratz meaningful to me is being able to help our customers bring their dreams to life. I enjoy building relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them find the right solutions to support their goals. Knowing that our equipment plays a role in helping studios grow, instructors teach, and clients experience Classical Pilates makes my work especially rewarding. I’m proud to be part of a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and customer relationships, and I appreciate the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers’ experiences every day.”
"One thing I’ve learned about Gratz that I wish more people knew is how much we genuinely value customer feedback and use it to help guide the future of our products. We take the time to listen to our customers’ experiences, understand their needs, and share that feedback with our internal teams to explore opportunities for improvement. While Gratz has a long-standing history and commitment to preserving the integrity of Classical Pilates, we’re also continually looking for ways to refine our existing equipment, improve the customer experience, and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of the Pilates community. I think it’s important for people to know that we value both our tradition and innovation, and that customer feedback plays an important role in helping us continue to grow."
"My favorite apparatus is the Wunda Chair because I love how much it challenges me. It pushes me outside my comfort zone and reminds me that there’s always room to grow, whether that’s building strength, improving my balance, or mastering a movement that doesn’t come easily at first. I like that it never feels like I’ve completely figured it out because there’s always something new to work toward. For me, that’s what makes Classical Pilates so rewarding: the challenge is part of the fun, and every small improvement feels like an accomplishment."
