Gratz Pilates Manufacturing and Operations Analyst - Katherine Bragdon

Manufacturing and Operations Analyst

Katherine Bragdon

Katherine Bragdon is a Manufacturing & Operations Analyst at Gratz Pilates, where she supports production planning, inventory management, and operational improvements across the company. With a background in supply chain analytics and research, she uses data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, strengthen manufacturing processes, and help teams make informed decisions.

Katherine brings a background in data analysis, supply chain management, and research to Gratz Pilates. A graduate of Temple University, she gained experience analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing practical solutions through work in supply chain operations and environmental research.

Before joining Gratz, Katherine worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at MOM's Organic Market, where she focused on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and reducing waste. Her earlier research experience, including work with the World Wildlife Fund and Temple University's Field Station, further developed her interest in using data to better understand challenges and inform decisions.

Katherine brings these experiences into a manufacturing environment, where she enjoys connecting data with the day-to-day decisions that influence production, inventory, and operational efficiency.

As a Manufacturing & Operations Analyst, Katherine works across production, procurement, supply chain, and logistics to improve how materials, information, and resources move throughout the company. She analyzes inventory data, monitors production requirements, and helps identify potential shortages or scheduling challenges before they affect manufacturing.

Katherine also supports the development of production planning tools, performance dashboards, and the implementation of new operational systems, including Gratz's ERP system. By translating complex information into actionable insights, she helps teams better understand production priorities, coordinate resources, and make improvements that support more efficient and consistent manufacturing operations.

"What makes my work at Gratz meaningful is the people and the opportunity for continued growth. I'm surrounded by talented, supportive colleagues who openly share their expertise, and I gain new insight from them nearly every day. Being part of a team that invests in its people makes my work both fulfilling and inspiring."

"One thing I wish more people knew about Gratz is how much care goes into every apparatus. Each one is built by skilled craftspeople who take real pride in their work, following designs rooted in the original specifications of Joseph Pilates himself. Behind every Reformer or Chair is a team that values precision, quality, and lasting relationships with the instructors and studios who rely on our equipment. It's that combination of history, craftsmanship, and dedicated people that makes Gratz truly special."

"My favorite apparatus is the Full Aluminum Reformer Cadillac Conversion with an Insert Bed upholstered in black. I love its sleek, modern look and the durability of the aluminum frame, while the insert bed adds even more flexibility to an already versatile piece. The black finish gives it a classic, timeless feel, and I appreciate how it can support someone in rehabilitation just as well as it can challenge an advanced practitioner. To me, it's a perfect blend of thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and function. "
