Carlie DeSantis
Carlie DeSantis is the Events & Experiences Coordinator at Gratz Pilates, where she leads the company and the Classical Pilates community together through workshops, conferences, and educational events. She works closely with instructors, event organizers, and the Gratz team to bring workshops, conferences, and educational experiences to life, creating opportunities for the Classical Pilates community to connect, learn, and experience Gratz firsthand.
Carlie brings an interest in event planning, organization, and creating memorable experiences to her role at Gratz Pilates. She enjoys the combination of creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail that goes into bringing an event to life, from the earliest planning conversations to the experience attendees have on-site.
Since joining Gratz, Carlie has had the opportunity to work with instructors, event organizers, and colleagues across the company, gaining a deeper understanding of the Classical Pilates community and the role educational events play in bringing people together.
As Events & Experiences Coordinator, Carlie leads planning and executing Gratz's involvement in Classical Pilates workshops, conferences, and events around the world. Her work includes coordinating event logistics, collaborating with organizers and instructors, preparing event materials, and working with internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly.
Carlie works closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Operations to bring the different elements of an event together. From coordinating apparatus for workshops to supporting on-site experiences, she leads creating opportunities for Gratz to connect with teachers, studio owners, and practitioners in person.

At events, I get to watch teachers walk up to a Reformer or Wunda Chair and light up because it’s the equipment they trained on or have been dreaming of having in their own studio.
