Gratz Teacher Spotlight | Juan Estrada on the Gratz Pilates Wunda Chair
Frog Facing Chair on the Gratz Pilates Wunda Chair
“Frog Facing Chair” on the Wunda Chair is introduced in the beginner system with Frog and Leg Circles on the Reformer. Progression continues through the Stomach Massage Series, Knee Stretches, and Pumping on the Electric Chair. At the intermediate and advanced levels, this exercise develops stability, strength, and stamina. Proper positioning requires sit bones close to the heels, arms initiating movement before the legs, elbows close to the ribs, and controlled inner thigh engagement.
Push Ups Front on the Gratz Pilates Electric Chair
“Push Ups Front” on the Electric Chair builds upper body strength while maintaining lower body stability and full-body extension. The neck stays long, elbows track close to the ribs, and heels remain together throughout the movement. This exercise challenges control, endurance, and alignment without over-recruiting dominant muscle groups.
