STUDIO

I have a strong attachment to Prague and it was my desire to open a studio here. I opened TRUE PILATES PRAGUE in the heart of the beautiful capitol of Czech Republic. TPP is the first Romana’s Pilates studio and the first with a complete line of the authentic equipment in the country.

PEOPLE

During my dance career, I traveled all over the world and worked with the most acclaimed choreographers. Due to an injury, I was forced to end my high-level dance career, and started my transition from dance to the Pilates method. Since obtaining my Romana’s Pilates teaching certificate at Studio Pilates de Paris and being named a Level IV teacher trainer, I have worked there and also in several other studios in France and worldwide. I continue to perfect my skills by traveling around the world and attending conferences, seminars and CPE where I have worked with the most experienced Romana’s Pilates instructors.

In 2011, the Romana’s Pilates directors asked me to organize the international conference Romana’s Pilates Nice 2012. The conference was sponsored by Gratz. My latest project has been the opening of my studio.

EQUIPMENT

From the beginning of my Pilates practices I have used Gratz equipment. It’s what I know and I feel confident with it and I trust the quality. I appreciate the respect of the makers to the authentic Pilates apparatus made by Joseph Pilates and Donald Gratz. I’m happy to be a pioneer in bringing Gratz to Prague.

Instructors and clients alike can feel the Gratz difference as soon as they use the equipment for the first time. Every spring provides the perfect marriage of strength and smoothness. The maintenance level is very low and our equipment has held up amazingly well. We want our clients to have access to the highest quality Pilates equipment to help them better achieve their fitness goals.
