Saul Choza from Winsor Pilates Studio
Saul Choza is an internationally recognized Classical Pilates instructor, educator, and founder of Winsor Choza Pilates in Los Angeles. With nearly three decades of experience, Saul is known for his dynamic teaching style, deep understanding of movement, and ability to bridge the traditions of Classical Pilates with contemporary movement education.
Saul began his Pilates career under the mentorship of the late Mari Winsor, one of the most influential figures in bringing Pilates into the mainstream. Over the course of two decades, he became a senior instructor within the Winsor Pilates organization and appeared in many of the internationally recognized Winsor Fitness videos that helped introduce Pilates to millions worldwide.
In 2016, Saul founded Winsor Choza Pilates, continuing Mari Winsor’s legacy while evolving the studio to support the next generation of students and teachers. Under his leadership, the studio has become known for its commitment to Classical Pilates, individualized instruction, and elevated client experience.
A certified Romana Kryzanowska instructor with additional training through UCLA and advanced movement certifications, Saul teaches workshops and conferences internationally throughout the Americas and Europe. He is also recognized as a “teacher of teachers,” leading continuing education programs and mentorship opportunities for Pilates instructors through his workshops, Core Continuum classes, and online educational platforms including Pilates Anytime and Fusion Pilates EDU.
