Join MeJo Wiggin and The Classical Syllabus® at Spiritus Pilates in Golden Valley for Part I of this continuing education seminar for certified Pilates instructors who have completed a 600+ hour comprehensive certification program. Proof of certification is required at registration.
This immersive four-day weekend supports the refinement of teaching skills, deepens understanding of Classical Pilates fundamentals, and strengthens the ability to guide clients confidently from beginner to intermediate work. Part Two (October 8–11, 2026) will continue with the Intermediate System Part II and the Advanced System for those ready to progress further.
Classical Pilates Workshop: Beginner & Intermediate Systems with Master Teacher MeJo Wiggin
Led by Master Teacher MeJo Wiggin, this workshop draws on her 25+ years of experience and direct lineage study with first-generation instructors including Romana Kryzanowska, Kathy Grant, and Edwina Fontaine. Participants gain practical strategies for real-world teaching and deepen their mastery of Classical Pilates principles.

Pilates Mat Class: Special Bonus
MeJo will teach a Beginner/Intermediate Pilates Mat class demonstrating appropriate leveling, progressions, and variations aligned with the weekend’s curriculum. Included for full weekend participants; date and time TBD.
This seminar is more than a series of classes — it is a focused study of Classical Pilates designed to elevate teaching mastery, preserve the method’s integrity, and provide confidence to guide students effectively.
