Join the internationally respected Lori Coleman-Brown at Simply Pilates London, for a three-day Classical Pilates immersion rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates.
This workshop is designed for teachers and serious practitioners. The program offers a structured exploration of the system across Gratz Apparatus and Pilates Mat work, with a strong emphasis on clarity, application, and the development of teaching discernment.
Through focused, small-group sessions, participants will refine technical execution, deepen their understanding of the method as a complete system, and explore how to apply it with greater precision and confidence in real-world teaching contexts.

- Workshop 4: How Pilates Echoes Across Apparatus To Build Individual Skills (9:00am–10:30am)
- Workshop 5: Training vs Teaching (10:45am–12:15pm)
- Workshop 6: Waking Up People’s Nooks and Crannies (1:30pm–3:00pm)
- Workshop 7: Pilates Mat work For You (3:15pm–4:45pm)
Sunday 20th — System Support and Enrichment, Classical Pilates for a Lifetime
- Workshop 8: Review (9:00am–10:30am)
- Workshop 9: Hands On (10:45am–12:15pm)
- Workshop 10: Letting The System Teach While Steering with Gentle Confidence (1:30pm–3:30pm)
