Nilda Winiarski has been working with Robin Blum at Body Central Pilates in Atlanta for 24 years.

"When Nilda first came to me, I was just an apprentice. She was a competitive equestrian, and so like many other equestrians, her body had been compromised with the repetitive motion and occasional falls and breaks that comes with that sport. Needless to say, I was bit overwhelmed, and probably not prepared to teach her, but we were both willing and eager to learn...and so we did. Throughout these 24 years, we have worked through Nilda's 2 hip replacements, 3 spine surgeries, disc degeneration in her neck, and arthritis. She has taught me how to be a good instructor. Nilda continues to impress me with her aim for perfection, and willingness to learn more. She is 83 years old, and stronger than most of our clients in their 40's.
