Robin Ente is the Director of Operations at Gratz Pilates, where she leads operational strategy across supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment. With more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations leadership, she specializes in turning complex operational needs into thoughtful systems that support quality, efficiency, and long-term growth.
Throughout her career, Robin has developed extensive experience in process improvement, operational planning, and cross-functional leadership. She was drawn to operations by the opportunity to bring clarity to complex challenges and create practical solutions that help people and processes work more effectively. Her collaborative approach centers on understanding how each part of a business connects and identifying improvements that benefit the organization as a whole.
As Director of Operations, Robin leads teams and systems that support each Gratz Pilates order from planning, procurement, and production through fulfillment and delivery. She collaborates closely with manufacturing, quality, customer care, and leadership to keep teams aligned throughout the customer journey.
Her work includes refining internal workflows, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and helping implement operational initiatives that prepare Gratz for continued growth. Through this work, Robin helps ensure that the people, processes, and systems behind each order reflect Gratz’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the Classical Pilates community.
