Alexis Lee is the Product and Customer Associate Manager at Gratz Pilates, where she helps connect customer needs, product information, and teams across the business. Having progressed through several customer and product focused roles at Gratz, she brings firsthand knowledge of the customer journey and the internal coordination required to provide clear, reliable support.
Alexis thrives in fast-paced environments and brings an organized, solutions-focused approach to her work. She uses clear communication to strengthen customer relationships, close gaps between teams, and turn challenges into actionable next steps. Alexis joined Gratz in 2024 as a Client Experience Coordinator before advancing to Lead Product and Customer Specialist and then Product and Customer Associate Manager. This progression has given her a broad understanding of how product knowledge, internal communication, and customer support come together throughout the customer journey.
In her current role, Alexis helps coordinate customer- and product-related workflows, improve communication across departments, and support the delivery of accurate, thoughtful guidance about Gratz Pilates apparatus. Her client-facing experience also brings an important customer perspective to the continued improvement of internal processes and product resources.
