THE HIGH BRIDGE | SPINE CORRECTOR

"The Spine Corrector is one of my favorite apparatus to practice the High Bridge. I prepare by first doing the Arm Stretch Series as a chest and shoulder opener, the Leg Series to open the front of the hips and finally the Leg Circles onto the Head to put it all together. Then I am ready for the challenge of the High Bridge!" - Clare Dunphy Hemani
