Founded by Heather Thomas, Flex Studio has become one of Asia's leading destinations for Classical Pilates education and practice. With more than two decades of teaching experience, Heather has dedicated her career to helping students develop a deeper understanding of the Classical Pilates method through precision, mentorship, and authentic movement.
After opening Flex Studio Hong Kong in 2005 and expanding to Singapore in 2023, Heather has continued to create spaces where teachers, apprentices, studio owners, and clients can experience the method as a complete system. As a Lead Educator for REAL Pilates, she remains committed to preserving the integrity of Classical Pilates while inspiring the next generation of instructors.
Whether stepping onto the apparatus for the first time or refining decades of experience, visitors are welcomed into an environment devoted to craftsmanship, education, and lifelong learning.
As a Gratz Gallery, Flex Studio Singapore, is a space where the complete Gratz system can be explored, practiced, and appreciated.
Working across the full range of apparatus reveals the relationships between the exercises, helping students develop a deeper understanding of movement, progression, and the method. More than simply practicing on the equipment, visitors experience the consistency, precision, and feedback that have supported generations of Classical Pilates teachers.
The gallery provides an opportunity for teachers, apprentices, studio owners, and clients to experience the craftsmanship, precision, and authenticity that have defined Gratz for generations.
